In thinking about the times when I have been the most successful I have come to realize that it has been when I was part of a team. Everybody striving for the same goal but with each individual bringing their own unique talents to the table. No leaders, just people working together for a common purpose Win or lose these are the times when I have felt the most alive. Some of my fondest memories and most treasured friendships have been formed during these times. How about you?
